Short Legal Notice:

This New Year Promotion by FLiiP offers 20% off select plans (Growth, Ultimate, RISE) and is valid for new customers only. Onboarding fees are payable at signing, and subscription payments are due by January 31, 2025. Promo must be claimed by December 31, 2024. Onboarding timelines are subject to the availability of data for migration. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms of Service for New Year Promotion

This New Year Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by FLiiP Inc. and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these terms:

Promotion Details

  1. Discount Offer:
  • 20% off FLiiP’s Growth and Ultimate plans as well as RISE by FLiiP plans.
  • Discount applies to the regular monthly subscription price.
  1. Eligibility:
  • Offer valid for new FLiiP customers only.
  • Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
  1. Payment Terms:
  • The onboarding fee is due at the time of signing.
  • Payment for FLiiP and/or RISE monthly subscriptions must be made in full by January 31, 2025.
  1. Claiming the Promo:
  • The promotion must be claimed by midnight (12:00 AM) on December 31, 2024.
  • Claims received after this time will not be eligible for the discount.

Onboarding Conditions

  1. FLiiP promises to complete onboarding within 7 business days from the date all necessary information is received, subject to:
  • The complexity of data migration from your existing software.
  • The availability and accuracy of the data to be transferred.
  1. Transfer of payment tokens may take additional time due to processes outside FLiiP’s control.

Additional Conditions

  1. FLiiP reserves the right to amend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. All subscription terms are governed by FLiiP’s standard terms and conditions available at FLiiP Terms.
